We teach them some professional skills, ethics of work, morals and code of conduct before giving the services to you to ensure efficiency. We also monitor and supervise their activities and ensure: -Punctuality, -Humidity, -Working dress code, -Good interaction, -Health insurance , -Take responsibility of any damage done by them during working time - Give them valid employment contract as per the duration and terms of our agreement -Register them in social insurance - If any of them is sick or have work incident, we replace he/she as soon as possible.
